Nursing Education & Training
This session focuses on advancing nursing and midwifery education through innovative teaching strategies, technology-enhanced learning, and inclusive curriculum development. Emphasis will be placed on integrating simulation-based training, virtual clinical labs, and telemedicine modules to better prepare professionals for real-world challenges in obstetrics, gynecology, and women’s health.
Presentations will explore modern pedagogies such as competency-based and adaptive learning models tailored to diverse learners. The session will also address gaps in access to high-quality education and training, particularly in low-resource settings, and highlight approaches for mentoring future healthcare leaders.
Special attention will be given to training that supports the management of complex conditions like endometriosis, ensuring nurses and midwives are equipped with the skills necessary to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care across various clinical settings.
