Gynaecology & Obstetrics
This session explores the expanding scope of midwifery and nursing in gynaecology, obstetrics, and reproductive surgical care. Focus areas include the management of common gynaecologic disorders, emergency obstetric interventions, and pre/post-operative care tailored to women’s health needs.
Special emphasis will be placed on fertility support, the impact of conditions such as endometriosis, and minimally invasive techniques like robotic and laparoscopic surgery. The session will also explore how telemedicine is transforming access to fertility counseling and follow-up care for surgical patients.
By integrating clinical expertise with innovation, this session empowers midwives and nurses to play a key role in comprehensive reproductive healthcare.
